Imascono: The Method and Technology Behind Its Next Chapter

From Announcement to Architecture

Members of the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce in New York recently read that Imascono, the Spanish-based technology company with a growing footprint in the U.S., marked its 15th anniversary by unveiling a new identity: “Your partner in shaping the future.” During this article, we go deeper into the highlights behind it: the method and the technology that Imascono has spent 15 years building, and that now define how the company works with clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Imascono’s mission is simple: to accompany companies on their journey into the future. In practice, that means the company no longer starts a client relationship by pitching a technology. It starts by diagnosing where an organization actually stands, then activates only the capabilities that match that stage.

That discipline, a method paired with five connected technical capabilities, is the real substance behind the rebrand, and it is what U.S. companies exploring a innovative technology partner should understand.

A Method Before a Tool

Imascono’s engagement model runs on three steps:

  1. Understand how a business actually works today.
  1. Design and test a solution matched to that reality.
  1. And stay engaged afterward, measuring results and scaling what works.

That discipline, built across more than 700 projects, keeps every engagement grounded in what a company actually needs rather than in whichever technology happens to be trending.

The real value of this new stage shows up in the maturity model Imascono uses to diagnose any organization, or any department within one. It is this model that gives the rebrand’s promise, “we accompany you into the future,” its concrete meaning.

At the Manual stage, processes are isolated and performed manually, with information scattered across people and spreadsheets. The next step is to connect the information that already exists. At the Digital stage, systems and data are connected into a shared, reliable base, allowing the company to automate the tasks that consume the most time. At the Intelligent stage, tasks are automated and decisions are informed by data and AI; progress means extending automation from individual tasks to full processes. Finally, at the Autonomous stage, entire processes run and self-correct at scale, with continued optimization and expansion as the business evolves.

Most companies are not uniformly at one stage; a finance team may be further along than operations, for example. The model is not a label to assign, it is how Imascono identifies the next practical step for a given organization and which of its five capabilities actually fits it.

That is the mechanism behind “we accompany you into the future”: not a slogan, but a defined path from wherever a company stands today toward full autonomy, one stage at a time.

Five Capabilities, One Ecosystem

Rather than offering a menu of separate services, Imascono built five technical capabilities designed to connect and combine depending on what the maturity diagnosis calls for.

  • Data Intelligence turns scattered information into a single, trustworthy source, helping companies understand what is happening in their business and why, instead of deciding by instinct.
  • Digital Transformation connects legacy ERPs, CRMs and fragmented systems into one coherent infrastructure, giving AI and automation reliable data to work from. Without centralized data, neither can function effectively.
  • AI Agents execute connected, repetitive tasks that currently consume employees’ time, freeing teams from manual work between systems so they can focus on higher-value decisions.
  • Digital Twins create virtual, sensor-connected replicas of machines, spaces or processes, allowing companies to test and optimize decisions without the cost or risk of experimenting on the real physical asset. Finally,
  • Immersive Experiences (XR) use virtual, augmented and mixed reality to connect people with information, enabling training, simulation and customer-facing experiences that a flat screen cannot deliver.

These five are not separate product lines; they plug into the same technical core, and Imascono combines and evolves them as a client’s maturity advances. A company might begin with data intelligence and digital transformation work, and only later be ready for autonomous AI agents.

A Two-Way Bridge Already in Place

None of this method or technology is theoretical for the Spain-US business community. Imascono has worked with U.S. clients for more than a decade and operates out of Miami and New York alongside its Zaragoza headquarters, which means the same diagnostic approach, understand, design, accompany, and the same five capabilities, are already available to companies on this side of the Atlantic, not as an export of finished software but as a genuine working partnership.

For Chamber members evaluating where AI and digital transformation actually create value rather than noise, Imascono’s method offers a useful starting question, regardless of which vendor eventually does the work: what stage is your organization actually at, and what is the next capability worth activating? That is the conversation Imascono is now equipped to have, and the one behind everything unveiled on September 15th.
