CEN Solutions announced a major milestone in its North American growth strategy with the development of a new U.S. manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. The investment expands the company’s domestic production capabilities to support growing demand from the energy, data center, and industrial sectors across the United States.
CEN Solutions, a Spanish manufacturer of electrical infrastructure solutions, is strengthening its presence in the United States through the development of a new manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. Currently under construction and scheduled to begin operations in February 2027, the facility will serve as the company’s main production center in the country and represents another important step in the company’s long-term North American growth strategy.
The new installation will provide approximately 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space and is expected to create approximately 100 skilled manufacturing and engineering jobs during its initial years of operation. Once operational, the facility will enable CEN Solutions to manufacture and assemble electrical equipment closer to its customers while reinforcing supply chain resilience and reducing delivery times for strategic projects throughout the U.S. market.
CEN Solutions has been actively supporting customers in the United States through the delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and electrical infrastructure for utility-scale energy projects throughout the United States, including projects in Massachusetts, California, Hawaii, and many other states. The Houston facility represents the next phase of the company’s North American growth strategy, combining decades of international engineering and manufacturing experience with domestic production capabilities. As investments continue to accelerate across power generation, data centers, grid modernization, and industrial infrastructure, the new facility will enable CEN Solutions to provide faster response times, greater supply chain flexibility, and closer support to customers operating in some of the country’s most dynamic and rapidly growing markets.
