Position Summary

As a Warranty Coordinator & Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing warranty claims, providing technical support to dealers, and representing the company at trade shows and training events. You will be responsible for evaluating warranty claims, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with various teams to address technical issues promptly.


  • Evaluate Warranty Claims: Review and assess warranty claims submitted by dealers and customers, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to dealers and customers via phone, email, or occasional on-site visits, troubleshooting equipment issues and offering solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty claims, including documentation of repairs, parts replaced, and customer communications.
  • Travel: Travel occasionally to attend trade shows, dealer meetings, and training sessions to promote company products and provide technical training and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and customer service to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline warranty processes, improve product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate warranty claims and identify root causes of equipment failures.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and effective resolution of warranty issues.


  • Technical Background: Previous experience in heavy equipment manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, dealer meetings, and training events, both domestically and internationally.
