Drawing from positive psychology, leaders can shape workplace positivity, fostering optimal thinking and behavior. Her background includes leading the talent management team of a professional services firm recognized for innovative solutions, and the global DEI and learning and development functions of leading law firms. Prior to following her passion for talent development and organizational strategy, she was a corporate lawyer. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
