As we approach the summer months, one thing becomes especially clear in our day-to-day work at BLC Legal Consulting: international mobility never slows down. In fact, for many sectors, this is precisely when activity accelerates the most.
Every year around this time, we see a significant increase in international hiring processes, cross-border projects, audiovisual productions, relocations and companies bringing talent into Spain under increasingly tight timelines. And with that growth also comes the need for advisors capable of reacting quickly, understanding business realities and working through systems that are not always as agile as the industries they support.
What makes us especially proud is seeing how more and more companies, productions, HR teams and international partners continue placing their trust in us to support these processes.
Over the last year, BLC has experienced very significant growth, not only in the number of projects we manage, but also as a team. We are continuing to expand our structure in order to respond to the increasing volume of international mobility matters we are handling across corporate immigration, global mobility strategy, audiovisual productions, highly qualified permits and international talent relocation.
But beyond growth itself, what matters most to us is how we grow.
