December 5, 2024 – Baker McKenzie was recognized at the IJInvestor Americas Awards ceremony for its representation of Iberdrola in the company’s sale of 55% of its Mexican business for USD 6 billion to Mexico Infrastructure Partners (MIP). The transaction included the sale of 13 power generation plants with an installed capacity of 8,539 MW.
