Auxadi, a global accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and Corporate Legal Services firm, has reached an agreement to integrate Gentile Law, a tax boutique specialized in providing services to Family Offices and high-net-worth individuals in Global Mobility, international taxation, and Corporate Services. Its CEO and founder, Lucía Goy, and her entire team will be integrated into Auxadi’s structure.
Lucía Goy will lead the new global practice for Family Offices and High-Net-Worth Individuals, consolidating Auxadi’s growth in the Spanish market as both a gateway for foreign capital and a bridge connecting the Americas and Europe. The goal is to continue growing in the more than 50 markets where Auxadi currently operates.
This operation is part of Auxadi’s growth strategy to «build the best professional services firm in every country where we operate» and follows the path of strategic acquisitions made in recent years in Central America, the Netherlands, Greece, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, and Spain itself.
Auxadi, led by Víctor Salamanca, has experienced accelerated expansion over the last 15 years, growing from operations in Spain and Portugal to having offices in 26 jurisdictions. It serves 2,000 clients in over 50 countries, supported by its MySPV technological platform and a team of more than 350 professionals. Auxadi has established itself as the strategic partner in internationalization processes through its accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and Corporate Legal Services.
Gentile Law, founded by Lucía Goy in Madrid, has positioned itself as a reference firm for Family Offices and high-net-worth individuals in areas such as tax planning and international mobility, offering solutions in international taxation and legal-corporate structuring.
Commenting on the operation, Víctor Salamanca, CEO and Executive Chairman of Auxadi, stated:
«The arrival of foreign capital, especially from high-net-worth individuals and Family Offices in Latin America to Spain, requires experts who offer agile and global solutions. At the same time, supporting Spanish capital in its investments in other countries requires experts you can trust. Incorporating Gentile Law and Lucía Goy allows us to offer a comprehensive service in a tremendously dynamic and demanding environment. I have known Lucía for many years; her innovative approach, reputation, and client-centered culture fit perfectly with Auxadi. We are very proud to continue improving our team with the arrival of great people and professionals like Lucía and her team».
On her part, Lucía Goy, CEO of Gentile Law, noted:
«Joining Auxadi means multiplying our capacity for impact. Leading the Family Offices and international mobility area on the platform Auxadi offers will allow us to take our services to more markets, more clients, and with greater technological capacity. We share the same vision, values, and way of understanding client service. We are very excited about this new stage.»
