This change marks a crucial milestone in the evolution of DV&M and reflects our deep appreciation for the leadership and vision of our esteemed partner, Damián Vallejo Segura (MCIArb). From the very beginning, Mr. Vallejo has played an instrumental role in shaping the values, direction, and success of our firm. His innumerable contributions—spanning strategic growth, client advocacy, and professional excellence—are a key element of our practice and culture.
DV&M is a boutique law firm based in New York. With six partners and over fifteen attorneys in total, DV&M advises a wide range of clients on several fields, including complex dispute resolution cases, corporate and finance transactions, and business law matters. The firm has strong ties to Spain (in addition to other countries and regions, such as Latin America and France) and was honored by the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce as its 2025 Member of the Year.
