He will succeed Luke Bugeja, who will retire from his role after more than five years of successful contribution to the company.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cI am pleased to welcome John to Ferrovial\u2019s Management Committee. His extensive experience in\u00a0transportation\u00a0infrastructure,\u00a0aviation, and\u00a0public-private\u00a0partnerships\u00a0will\u00a0be instrumental as\u00a0we\u00a0continue\u00a0to\u00a0strengthen Ferrovial Airports and deliver long-term value for our stakeholders,\u201d said Ignacio Madridejos, CEO\u00a0of Ferrovial. \u201cI would also like to thank Luke for his leadership and dedication over the past five years and wish\u00a0him\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0best\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0retirement.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Prior to joining Ferrovial, John L. Morton was Managing Director of Global Infrastructure Partners (part of\u00a0Blackrock),\u00a0where\u00a0he\u00a0established\u00a0and led\u00a0the\u00a0Transportation\u00a0team\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Americas. He\u00a0also\u00a0served\u00a0as\u00a0Director\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">of\u00a0Investment\u00a0Banking\u00a0for\u00a0Credit\u00a0Suisse\u00a0in London and New York. Morton\u00a0holds\u00a0a B.A. in\u00a0Psychology\u00a0and a\u00a0Certificate\u00a0in Marketing and Management\u00a0from\u00a0Duke\u00a0University\u00a0and\u00a0holds\u00a0an\u00a0MBA\u00a0degree\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0London\u00a0Business School.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Luke Bugeja has committed to\u00a0stay\u00a0in the company until his retirement in November to support a smooth\u00a0transition\u00a0to\u00a0John L.
