This award highlights the deal\u2019s scale, structuring and innovation in infrastructure project financing within the Americas region for 2025<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n ATLANTA (GEORGIA), 28 JANUARY 2026.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>The consortium\u00a0SR 400 Peach Partners, comprised of\u00a0ACCIONA,\u00a0ACS Infrastructure, and Meridiam, has\u00a0won\u00a0the\u00a0\u201c2025 Americas\u00a0Infrastructure\u00a0Deal of the Year\u201d\u00a0\u2013\u00a0awarded\u00a0by\u00a0Project Finance International (PFI)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0for\u00a0reaching financial close with the largest public-private partnership bond financing and the largest Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) loan in U.S. history.\u00a0The award highlights the deal\u2019s scale,\u00a0structuring\u00a0and innovation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The SR\u00a0400 Express Lanes highway project in Atlanta, Georgia \u2013 delivered by a consortium of ACCIONA, ACS and Meridiam \u2013 covers the design, construction,\u00a0financing\u00a0and 50-year operation of a major new express\u00a0lanes\u00a0corridor.\u00a0\u00a0Overseen by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), construction is due to begin in Spring 2026 and is one of the largest highway projects underway in the United States.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n With an investment of approximately\u00a0$10.8 billion\u00a0(\u20ac9.8 billion), the project will add two managed lanes in each direction\u00a0running for\u00a0approximately 16\u00a0miles\u00a0(over\u00a025 kilometers)\u00a0as well as an\u00a0additional\u00a0managed lane in select sections. This expansion is designed to increase capacity, improve traffic\u00a0flow\u00a0and enhance long-term mobility across the region.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n ACCIONA, in consortium with COBRA and Endeavour Energy (ACEREZ), received\u00a0another\u00a0award in the category \u201cEnergy Operation of the Year in Asia-Pacific\u201d for the Central West\u00a0Orana\u00a0project in New South Wales (Australia).\u00a0It\u00a0recognizes the pioneering nature of the project in Australia’s energy transition towards a low-carbon economy, as well as the innovative public-private financing model.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The awards ceremony will take place on February 19 in London.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n KEY PROJECTS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n ACCIONA has a growing presence in the U.S., delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions across a range of major projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In Louisiana, ACCIONA is leading the design and construction of the Calcasieu River Bridge, a critical infrastructure upgrade that will enhance connectivity and safety along Interstate 10.
