Forbes America\u2019s Best Employers for Women 2025 is based on data collected through online panels, with over 140,000 women working for companies and institutions in the U.S. with at least 1,000 employees over the past three years. Only responses from women were considered. The analysis is based on three criteria:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Personal evaluations: Recommendations from current employers<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Public evaluations: Recommendations from previous employers<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Leadership Diversity Index: Index based on the percentage of women among top executives and board directors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Avangrid employs approximately 8,000 people and has been recognized by JUST Capital as one of the JUST 100 companies \u2013 a ranking of America\u2019s best corporate citizens \u2013 in 2025 for the fifth consecutive year.
