The company also stands out in battery energy storage solutions (BESS), with over 3,000 MWh installed worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Among its most notable projects are the control system for the ITER experimental fusion reactor in France, the installation of 400 MWh of storage systems across several photovoltaic plants in Hawaii, and its involvement in the VisynC hybrid energy storage system in Lanzarote.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, CEN Solutions launched a modern 40,100 m\u00b2 production facility in Dos Hermanas (Seville), positioning itself at the forefront of industrial sustainability and innovation. The facility is powered by clean energy and incorporates energy efficiency measures and circular economy practices.<\/p>\n<p>CEN Solutions\u2019 production plant covers the entire product lifecycle: design, manufacturing, and commissioning. This provides a competitive advantage in response to the growing demand for local production in Europe. Moreover, sustainability, digitalization, and decarbonization are core pillars of the company\u2019s strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The facilities have been designed to meet high sustainability standards, featuring an 850 kWp self-consumption photovoltaic plant and a 2,500 kWh energy storage system, which together supply the majority of the plant\u2019s energy needs. The site also includes aerothermal heating, heat recovery systems, and waste recycling processes. Additionally, the plant operates under an ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System by AENOR.<\/p>\n<p>To advance digitalization, CEN Solutions has implemented collaborative tools, CAD systems, and 3D technologies that streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance transparency with clients and suppliers.
