Garrigues has completed the integration of S\u00e1nchez Devanny following approval at its partners’ meeting and the necessary regulatory authorizations.<\/p>\nAs a result of this transaction, Garrigues is now one of the leading law firms in Mexico, with a team of approximately 140 professionals. Under the coordination of Javier Yb\u00e1\u00f1ez, partner responsible for the Latin America group, Garrigues Mexico will be co-led by Jaime Iglesias and Rafael Villamar, who previously served as managing partners of Garrigues Mexico and S\u00e1nchez Devanny, respectively.<\/p>\n
